Around as in an hour to the closest divable spring, a couple hours to
decent stuff salt or fresh.

   Unless you're into big aquariums.

Hi,

Don't laugh, I just dove at Epcot last week (Dive quest on their tours
site).  Coming from the northeast on
business, and wanting to get wet with little time, it worked out great.  The
folks were friendly, the fish were
right there and where else can you swim up to a window and interact with the
little kids underwater?  Besides,
I was able to see, not one, but three goliath groupers where all I'd seen of
them in the wild was a glance as
they hid in a wreck. And now they have two 8 foot tiger sharks in the tank
(no hand feeding for them).

Can you feed them feet?

I did Divequest a few years ago.  Definitely a unique dive.  And you
get to see backstage.  I'm not sure that the tape was worth what it
cost, but we bought anyways.

I went diving in Blue Springs in Deland, which is about 30 miles out from
Orlando.  It's a natural fresh water spring that has a cave that a certified
cave diver can go into.  It has lots of divers.  It costs 10.00 to dive
(maybe 15).  Here's the URL :
