I've been eying the lower-end digital cameras for
a light travel setup. I like the new Canon SD200 a
lot as far as value. But, can it fit or be made to
fit into the housing from either Canon or Ikelite?

Goal would be a capable little snapshot camera for
land that could also be use for underwater.

I could just buy an older SD100 or SD110 but it seems
ridiculous to do so. I keep finding the SD100 even on
Ebay going for close to $200 which is what I can buy
the SD200 for from new fotoconnection and similar.

How new is that model? Maybe they'll have a housing in the near future. If the
manufacturers don't say it will fit an existing housing then the best you can hope
for is that it will fit but lose some functionality. A difference of a few mm may
mean that some important control(s) won't work at all.
