Hello

I am planning on diving in the bay islands but I also want to spend a week
in Honduras visiting Copan, white water rafting and do some sort of eco
trip.  Can anyone give me the name of a person or company that can help with
the main land part of the trip.  I alredy have some good contacts for the
bay islands.  Please respond to the post the email address I am showing is
