The last I found on it is from Tuesday's paper:
http://www.twincities.com/mld/twincities/news/local/10249798.htm?1c

The same paper, the day before, printed a similar article.  The Monday paper
said that the diver was one of three people diving around a submerged car.
No name has been released.

I'm not sure of the exact location, but the Mississippi River near the Twin
Cities is far from inviting.  Any dive in the mighty Mississippi is probably
zero visibility and strong current.

I know it is damn dirty here in St Louis, and yucky!  When they have to
dive for someone it is feel your way - with very nasty currents.  The
Missouri river comes in just above St Louis and it adds a variety of
currents and undertows.

The had a car go in the river near the Alton Belle casino with a person
in it. It rolled into the river.  They never found the car, never found
the body.  Been about a year to year and a half ago.
