undwerwater photos

anyone have any advise on how to learn to edit digital underwater
photos(color correction,take out the blue,etc.).i am new to photography
and just got back from bonaire with 260 pictures that need some work.

Adobe PhotoShop??

photoshop elements is easier for someone who is new to this

I use Paint Shop Pro which has excellent photo enhancement tools beginning
with version 7.  You can make a toolbar with the various enhancements all
preset and go right down the line.  Beginning with version 8 and continued
in version 9 is the scripting capability which makes it even easier.

the first thing is learn to take pictures that don't need much
( preferably none) work.

some of my pics have too much flash,any fix for that?

get photoshop and use the levels control
