Scott - 03 Aug 2004 15:30 GMT Gang,
Dennis Weldy from Texas is up for a visit this weekend, and will be free, but I have to work, Thursday.
I need someone on Thursday to introduce him to Edmonds UW park, or maybe even Alkai.
Friday and Saturday Dennis and I will go diving, Saturday to catch some bugs, and Saturday night we will have a get-together for all who would care to attend at my house. Friday night too, for that matter, but a couple of the dignitaries wont be able to make it until Saturday night.
Bar-b-q, bugs and booze (BYO) will be the menu. We have room for a bunch in the house (Dennis gets the extra bedroom), parking area for campers, and a nice orchard if anyone wants to bring a tent and camp. We are about 1 1/2 hour north of Portland, 1 1/2 hour south of Seattle, and an hour from Hood Canal.
If you can make it, that would be great, please reply to me at scottk at localaccess dot com, and I will ping you a map with instructions.
Be there or be square.

suds - 03 Aug 2004 23:56 GMT Hey, every drunken party needs a liberal to get things going so I'll be there!
Oh ... wait ... I'm not allowed to fly. :^(
Maybe next time.

If you can make it over, we'll throw one for you too.
Have you looked into Chinese medice for your predicament?
I bet they have something very useful.

They gave me morphine when I was in the hospital. I didn't like it and told them to stop it. Here I am being asked to make all important, health related decisions, and all I want to do is stare at the ceiling and drool on myself. No thanks, I can always stop by Scott's place when I feel a need to do that. ;^)

If they say they don't like morphine, they'll lie about other things, too.

If they don't like morphine, either the dose was too low, they were getting ripped off by their nurse, or they were being told that codeine was morphine.

Let's ask Adrianne;
< I just looked over my shoulder and asked her>
"Scott is not allowed to have morphine, it is forbidden. I however, would love some, got a spare?"

(-; There are complete engines, switching yards and steam donkey's that were used for logging all over the place out here. A lot of it was hauled up into the hills as they built the tracks, pulling it as they went, then they logged the sh.t out of the hills and left the equipment in place, except the track, which they pulled to use elsewhere. I am going to get some pictures together for him, I know he collects steam engine stuff. One of our buds has a running steam donkey up in Hoodsport that he fires off a couple times a year.
I know another place in the far northern part of California, you have to have dirt bikes to get in, and know where you are going, where there are really old cable cats, steam engines of every kind, and complete, old villages
