Spent last weekend on a houseboat in Lake Powell. Wanted to go diving but
couldn't (lack of gear, lack of any spare time, lack of buddy). Did get
briefly in the water to try out an underwater housing. Water was cold.
Interesting lake, water levels down 115! Wondered if anyone has dove the
lake and if so, what is there to see, how is the viz etc?

That's SOOOOOOOOOOO bizarre.
My mom, who's from Tennessee, and some yankee friends just spent ten days on
Lake Powell. Did you passed four old biddies, in a house boat with a "Kennedy
for President" bumper sticker flying an PRC flag? The one in a Mao hat and
black PJs, that was me sainted mum. They go every year.
I hear the diving bites.
Popeye
Barb, has it ever dawned on you
just to shut the f.ck up?

I took my aow class up there; dive shop in page, arizona "twinfinn
divers" has changed owners since i went, but have still heard good
things about the new owner....
i loved diving there! it's certainly not carribean, & it is cold, &
not a lot to see....
but, if you like to dive for the sake of diving....
lemme know if you like, i'll send you my "dive report" from there....
