Does anybody have any feedback for this bottom timer?
Although it costs more than the Uwatec/OMS unit, it has larger numbers, is
smaller and it is PC downloadable.

Yeah, I use one and am very happy with it. Has 1 second time
resolution, is PC downloadable, has a primary display of time in
minutes and seconds (resetable during the dive), one secondary display
you can switch between temperature and max depth and another you can
switch between time in minutes (not resetable) and time of day.

There are only a few things I don't like about it... The bookmark
button is the same as the reset timer button, so if you want to save a
bookmark in your profile, you have to reset your primary time display
back to zero. Also, the alarm is inaudible if you're wearing a hood.

Tks David, is there a display that you can see the current depth and the
bottom time?
Also, what is the max operating depth of it? On Suunto's website there is
not a mention about it.

Sorry, I forgot to mention depth...

There are two primary (ie. big) fields, depth at the top and
(resetable) bottom time in the middle. Then below the bottom time are
two secondary (ie. small) displays, one with temperature or max depth
and the other with bottom time or time of day.

100m.
