Lee Bell, Esq, CELEBRITY in rec.scuba, self-proclaimed expert on diving
physics, physiology, and related scientific matters.

For each item of this Trivia Quiz, you are to:

      Name the Discussant and the date (exact time if you
      know) on which the cited quotes (first) appeared.

That's it.  Eight answers.  The FIRST person to get all correct answers
before Wednesday 14 Apr 2004 12:00:00 -0400  (because I'll be leaving
for Singapore/Bali less than 15 hours after that and there's a 3-9
hour delay in my google newsreader) will received the prize of
(two-tanks of boat dive in a dive shop in Cozumel of the winner's choice)

For each item, I am the sole judge of what is "correct" (or closest to
"correct" to be considered "correct").  Only ONE entry is allowed for
each contestent.  E-mail your entry to Large_Nassau_Grouper@Yahoo.com,
OR post it in rec.scuba (but keep in mind that each posted entry will
lessen your chances of being the winning entry since anyone can use your
posted entry, make small corrections and submit it as an entry).

I hope that covered the necessary Rules to this Trivia Quiz.

Note.  The Discussants in the Quiz are disqualified from entering
this Quiz.  I am NOT any of the Discussants below, though I am sure
I have said something almost verbatim to what Discussant C said,
many times, before Discussant C said it.  :-)  I might add that I
am quite sure Discussant C came to that conclusion independent of
everything I've ever said about Lee Bell.

From the beginning of this discussion, what <name deleted>  has said
makes perfect sense to me (and I aced my college Physics class even
while spending most of the semester falling head-over-heals over a coed
down the road, but that's another story ;-) How's that for credentials?).  
I don't understand why Lee has decided to make it so confusing.

Lee, I have no doubt that you are a good investigator. You have to be
to have attained the position that you have with Uncle Sugar. Having
said that, I'd stick to that, cuz you ain't worth a damn at dive
physics or dive physiology.

If you read all of what this idiot wrote, you can see how totally
full of sh.t he really is. He does make an extreme effort to make
idiocy sound reasonable, but via his normal method: bullshit, lies,
fabrications, and twisted "facts".

You compensate for 6 or so lbs in buoyancy change by shifting your
breathing pattern???? That would require constant, close to 3 liters
exhale at the end of your dive ;-)) What is the tidal volume of your
lungs - 15 liters?:-)))
