Following up from the 'life on the reef' thread, does anybody have any
recommendations for a good fish ID book?
I'm looking for one on the reef fish of Southeast Asia and the Pacific. I've
seen some excellent ones in diveshops, but don't know who wrote them.

Peterson Field guide for Fish of the Mid-Atlantic works well for me in NC.
Perhaps the version suited for your area would serve you well?
