Chris - 11 Mar 2004 01:38 GMT Just got back from 6 days in Cozumel. Pretty much dove every other day and spent quality family time every other day with the Mrs and Baby.
Reeffish- thanks for your previous posts on Hotel Bahia and Aldora. It was a nice choice for a last minute hotel and dive op. Hard to complain about 2 tank dives that last an hour and a half each.
Anyone want to go diving this weekend? Thinking about making a trip down to Twin Lakes.

Chris - 11 Mar 2004 02:38 GMT Oh one more thing....
The Feesh rules. Not only was his choice of Hotel and Dive Op right on the money, but his Italian rest. Prima was AWESOME.
Feesh.... feel free to repost your other favorites for my next trip down there. Otherwise I'm going to be googling on you for a long time to come.

He's a real prince . . . as long as you agree with him. The feud between Ron Lee and Bob Ling originated with Ron's preference for Aldora, which Bob called him an idiot for sharing. Go figure.
Like you, I took Bob's advice on staying at the Bahia. It's fish camp quality. The Bahia is to hotels, what Blackbeards is to liveaboards. It just happens that I like both. Even Bob can't be wrong all of the time. Everybody knows about Prima. They serve great American Food. Not exactly what I go to Mexico for, but quite nice for a change of pace. Which Mexican restaurants did he recommend?

I don't recall any mexican reccomendations since I believe he posted he doesn't like mexican. I for one didn't know about Prima, but that was because I decided to go to Coz on Thursday and left the next day on Friday.
I surely couldn't argue with the Seafood Lasgana on Sunday night, nor could I argue with 1 1/2 hour dives. Joy seemed nice and Gustavo was a pretty good DM. My wife enjoyed being near the city and the view of the water from the balcony. The large jacuzzi was also nice since it allowed us to all be with the little one for her bath.
I really havn't been following the flame between those two.

Amazing.

Unfortunately for jammer, in world where a mans power may be measured by the strength of their enemies, you ain't givin'im squat.
safe diving,

I expect your written contributions to start up soon, for the newsletter.

If you want a free membership, we'll take it out in trade by virtue of your submittals for the newsletter.

The good news is, however, that as one of the two founding members, you don't have any dues.

We stayed in a suite ( 49 ) and had some fairly nice digs. The AC, Fridge and TV worked. A seperate room for the baby to sleep in, and a bathroom with a slightly degraded, but huge jacuzzi. The view (and sound ) of the water was nice also.
