We are in the midst's of our second gale of the year. This one should
compare with the one of six weeks ago that took away all my skylights and
pool gates. The first band of thundershowers pushed through starting at
noon today. Everything held. No leaks on the skylights but I did have to
pump out the pool. We got about 4" in two hours.
Tomorrow is supposed to be more rain and ... winds. Up to 50 mph with much
higher gust Windward (me.)
Tonight is *very* calm. Almost eerily so.
The dive trip on Sunday is on hold.

Hey Dude,
It looks like I'll be needing your expertise. I'm finally getting to the
bottom of that rock pile only to discover that it's made of 16" of double
rebar re-enforced concrete! I spent the entire morning hammering on it only
to punch a small 6" hole through the thing.
Would you bring the C-4 as a carry-on or would that be checked luggage?
;^)

It's raining so hard now that I'd have to scream just for you to hear me
across the room.
Funny, our first year here never saw storms like this.

Don't know. We'll see. We've been wanting to do Rabbit Island from our
kayaks for a while now. That's our target. It's supposed to be Kona which
means the seas should be relatively flat but the wind from offshore.

Good deal, let me know how it goes for you. I think we're gonna hit up
electric beach if it's calm.
