ANyone out there have the Mares Vector 1000 or Morphos pro that could
give me an idea of how the sizing runs? I'm 5 10, 180, 42 inch chest -
33inch waist. Not sure If I need a large or can get my witha  medium.

The closest I can say is that with the Mares Dragonfly, at 6,3" and
uhm, whatever 97kg is in lb, L is my size, and even a bit generous
around the mid-section.  So I would definately go with M for you.
