Go to your local dive shop instead.... I buys LOTS of things over the
internet but dive gear is not one of them... If the local dive shops
start going under it will be very difficult to get air fills over the WEB...
Are you bloody crazy ???, yes we need local shops for air fills, but does
that give dive shops the right to rob us blind with there "cozy" local
arangement with the importers?? We are not talking peanuts here, the markup
here is 30% to 120% depending on item and brand, why does a bc cost $US350
on the net cost $A1500?? even with shipping, customs and jonny (rambo)
howards 10% GST it works out at $A600 to $A700.
About 2 years ago there was a shop in W.A which selled online, it's prices
where hafway between shop prices here and the US, it was closed down after
complaint's from local shops that they where being beaten on sales, HELLO
!, it never occured to them to match the prices ?? did it ever occur to them
if they dropped their prices more people whould take up the sport?? more
people would buy their own gear than renting min standard rental gear??
I have bought gear from the US and Italy at a huge saving,
if it was down to just a few hundred it wouldn't bother, but i don't like
being ripped off..
Scuba diving is a very expensive sport, why make it more painfull !.

Because we all know the difference between the men and the boys, is not
only their dicks but the price of their toys. ;)
