Give the customer a slip suit. Slip suit goes on first then the undies
promote it as to the ability to wick away perspiration while solving the
problem.

He's having problems getting into the suit ... NOT the undies!!
We had similar results with an experimental material that was tough, but
hard to get into. A texture on the inside of the coated drysuit will
"grab" the undergarment as you try to slide into it. We tossed that
manufacturer of material and Whites must have picked them up.
The best thing you can do is to sell the customer an undergarment that
is covered in a smooth nylon covering, similar to snowmobile suits, so
it minimizes the "grab".
Just my $.02

They've tried 4 different inner suits with their drysuit, a couple had
very smooth plastic type outers and even they caught up on the inside
of the dry suit. Whites had the suit back to them in Nov 2005 and took
3 months to address the problem, well answer anyway-- not impressive
This sounds like something one manufacturer would post to make a competitor
look bad. lol
I have a quadflex FE aqua pro, and when its cold the material is stiffer for
sure, but I have never had a problem getting in/out of it.
It sounds like maybe the guy bought a suit that is too tight in the legs.
Maybe he should have a re-measurement done? It's never been a problem
getting into the suit for me and it sure is a beauty once your inside it.
Very comfortable.
Maybe he is trying to put it on with his shoes on still?
Is this his girlfriends suit?
