Is anyone using this case?  If so, have you had any problems?  The TTL
adapter broke off of a brand new case and Olympus will not stand
behind the warranty.  This is a 20 cent part and they won't replace it
so the whole case is useless.  Broke on first use, before even getting
in the water.  Any other similar experiences?

Where did you buy it?

If it's a 20 cent part, why not replace it yourself?

Olympus doesn't offer the part for sale.  They won't give it to you
gratis either.

So find a good machinist in your area and get a new one made.  It'll
probably cost a bit more than 20 cents that way, but it'll probably be less
than a new housing.

That is the plan.  Shouldn't be too tough of a job.  My faith in
Olympus, on the other hand, is not repairable.

Understandable.  I've never had any dealings with Olympus, but I'd be pretty
upset if I was in your shoes too.
