Because scubadan is trying to get this ng going and I am sick of all the
guns and septic politics on rec.scuba a question. Has anyone dived the lakes
around Canberra. Years ago I did a dive on "Old Adaminaby" which was great,
saw trout I could only dream about catching. What is the go is their any
good fresh water diving around Canberra or in NSWs.

diving ;  not guns or septic politics or the sordid relationship between
poopooeyes, scotties and their computer screens

 It's no big task.

I guess we won't be seeing you around Rec.scuba any more, then?

Another in a long line of Anti-American posts, purposely and needlessly
crossposted to Rec.scuba, where you participate as an agitator in all the
guns and politics threads.

Feel free to consign yourself to a.s, since RS disgusts you so much.

Poor pathetic little poopooeyeI have already apologised for the cross post.
Now off you go,  wipe your gun numerous times while watching and growling at
Hilary Clinton on the TV and dream of being a real man.

Other posters please take rec.scuba out of the header as we wish to discuss
diving ;  not guns or septic politics or the sordid relationship between
poopooeyes, scotties and their computer screens

Political Correctness

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical liberal minority and rabidly
promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the
proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Actually I'm doing what I apologised for doing at the beginning of the

If that were the real reason, you would not have cross posted in rec scuba.
By the way, do you some how think the term "septic" is likely to make you
many friends here? Do you think that claiming it's part of the Australian
rhyming slang makes it more palatable to those referred to by the name of a
tank designed to hold sh.t?

Scubazine is still welcome here. You've long since worn your welcome out.

Cant speak for any other lake but BG is a waste.

I dived once for a search and rescue course in tassy they have to give
you a mask painted black to try searching and navigation blind but no
need in BG. Cant see anything. There is a set of farm buildings
somewhere and also a heap of coffins that got washed out from a Cemetery
years ago. So even more reason not to dive it.

I have "Dived" Lake George but need my Blundstone boots to do that and
the sheep fish were as stupid as their land counterparts looked the same
too.

I don't think you need to do much diving to find Old Adaminaby   theses
days.

Agree with Rec.scuba amazing how two or three idiots can wreck a group

Unfortuatly agree again. However when I did it it was a great dive and very
interesting. Had a guided tour by someone who knew the village or at least
knew about  it
