it only takes 30 seconds to have your say
next you'll need a licence to go swimming in the ocean or pay a fee to look
at koalas

Is this to be introduced together with the swimming, sailing, surfing,
fishing, waterskiing, jetskiing and other watersports fee? If not there
might be some more funds free for the government.

Does anyone know if they are looking at a state wide fee, or just a fee for
operators who use those areas?

Please encourage all divers that you know to read the proposal on the
webpage and send feedback as requested. The Dept of Fisheries should
realise that they have to fund their own research and divers are not
responsible for the GNS being threatened nor should divers be lumbered with
a licence to view them.
